30CrMo steel is alloy steel for engineering and mechanical
structural purposes, with high strength and toughness, and good
high temperature strength at temperatures below 500°C. The 30CrMo
material also has good machinability, moderate cold bending
ductility and plasticity, high hardenability, good weldability, and
is usually used in a conditioned state.

4130 Structural Steel Feature
1. 4130 structural steel has high strength and toughness, high
hardenability,
2. 4130 structural steel has sufficient high temperature strength
below 500 °C, but its strength decreases significantly at 550 °C;
3. The machinability of steel is good, and the plasticity is
moderate during cold deformation; during heat treatment, it has the
first type of temper brittleness in the range of 300-350 °C; there
is a tendency to form white spots.
4130 (30CrMo) alloy steel can be used to make steel pipes with
working temperature below 400°C, fasteners in boilers and steam
turbines with working temperature below 450°C, nuts and flanges
with working temperature below 500°C and high pressure, and general
Load machinery; shafts, gears, bolts, studs, manipulators, high
pressure conduits and weldments in chemical equipment below 250°C,
nitrogen to medium working pressures.
Delivery Status
Delivered with heat treatment (Normalizing, Annealing or High
Temperature Tempering) or without heat treatment, and the delivery
status should be specified in the contract.
